SECTION 6: PRAI "Best of the Best" PROMOTION

Submission of this application, hereby grants permission to PRAI and affiliate organizations (i.e., FESPACO and other relevant African film festivals and television stations) to screen/review and use excerpts, or the entire content of your production materials to be showcased during the FESPACO 2009 festival, of which PAUL ROBESON AWARD is a main category, and on other media that will thereby promote the “Best of the Best” Films from the African Diaspora, throughout the world in any and all audio, video and print media. Furthermore, submission of this application, hereby serves as an agreement, on your part, to submit two (2) non-returnable NTSC VHS, or DVD copies of your production, for the stated purposes to PRAI.

6.1 I hereby affirm that I do own copyright and therefore do possess the rights to grant permission to PRAI to use excerpts and/or the entire content of my production materials to promote the FESPACO 2009-11 festival (of which the Paul Robeson Award is the main prize in the Diaspora category), throughout the world, in audio, video and print media.

6.3 I hereby grant permission to PRAI to DONATE, on my behalf, one of the two screening copies provided, to the "BEST OF THE BEST" archives located in the IMAGINE EDUCATIONAL FACILITY, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
